Return Policy for Exceptionalsuper products

This policy covers physical retail items and unused session passes purchased directly from Exceptionalsuper channels for gentle movement offerings.

Physical products

Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within fourteen days of pickup or delivery for a refund of the product price, excluding shipping unless the item arrived damaged.

Passes and bundles

Unused session passes may be refunded within seven days of purchase if no session has been booked. Partially used bundles convert to store credit toward other studio products where permitted by local rules.

Digital guides

Downloadable movement guides are non-refundable once accessed, unless a technical fault prevents access and support cannot restore your files.

Damaged shipments

Report damage within forty-eight hours with photos so we can replace or refund eligible items.
